1. The service
ThreadsPulse provides analytics and AI-generated insights for the Threads platform. You may use the free Threads Score without an account; paid plans require a valid email and payment method.
2. Acceptable use
- You will not scrape, resell, or sublicense the service.
- You will not use the service to violate Meta's Threads Platform Terms.
- Automated abuse, credential stuffing, or excessive API calls may result in immediate suspension.
3. AI-generated content
Insights are generated using large language models and are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Do not rely on them as professional advice. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI output.
4. Subscriptions
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. We do not warrant uninterrupted service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
