If you're not happy within 14 days of your first paid charge, email hello@threadspulse.app and we will refund 100% — no questions, no forms.

Monthly and annual renewals are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.

One-time Pulse Audit reports are refundable within 7 days of delivery if the report has not been shared with third parties.

Cancel from your dashboard, or email us. Cancellations are processed immediately; no further charges will be made.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Razorpay) and typically appear in 5–7 business days.
