1. Who we are

ThreadsPulse ("we", "us") provides analytics and AI insights for Threads creators. Contact: hello@threadspulse.app.

2. What we collect

• Email address when you join the waitlist or buy a plan.
• Threads handle when you request a Threads Score.
• Threads access token + post metrics only after you explicitly connect your Threads account via OAuth. Tokens are encrypted at rest. Post text and engagement counts are stored to compute analytics.
• Usage data (IP, user-agent, page views) for security and product analytics.

3. How we use it

• To compute analytics and generate AI insights.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, weekly digests if subscribed).
• To prevent abuse and rate-limit free endpoints.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Sub-processors used: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Razorpay (payments), OpenAI/Anthropic (insight generation — only the aggregated summary is sent, not raw post text).

5. Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@threadspulse.app. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe. Account data: while your subscription is active and 90 days after cancellation. Threads tokens: revoked immediately on disconnect.

7. Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session and a privacy-respecting analytics tool (PostHog/Plausible). No advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We'll email account holders 14 days before any material change.
